Withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you change your mind. The withdrawal period starts to run on the day you received the goods or a substantial part of it. If the contract concerns a custom-made product – or an item that has a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period starts to run on the day we have provided information.
You do not have the right of withdrawal if:
The service started during the withdrawal period with your consent, the price is dependent on the fluctuations of the financial market, such as a share, the goods due to their nature cannot be returned, the seal is broken on audio or video recordings or computer programs. Sealing also refers to technical sealing.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the product in as good condition as when you received it. You are not allowed to use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal.
Guarantees and services
You have a one-year warranty on all new purchased goods. On used goods, different warranty lengths apply, this is stated in the description of the goods. If nothing is described, you have a 1-year warranty on these as well.

Undisclosed goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you handling fee costs, currently 150:-
Returns
Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as letters or parcels, not against cash on delivery. When changing, we pay the new shipping from us to you.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you shall,
in the case of an item:send or return it to us
in the case of a service:keep the material available to us, unless it causes you any inconvenience.
Repayment obligation:
We shall, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or no later than within 30 days of the date on which we received the goods or, if it is a service, the message that you have changed your mind. You will have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the goods. We always pay the return cost of returning so-called replacement goods.
